Selling to the Federal Government

If your business development strategy includes providing goods and services to the federal government, you have to first register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). For more information, visit their website at www.ccr.gov or call 888-227-2423. Government buyers are able to publicize their business opportunities by posting information directly on the website at www.fedbizopps.gov.

The Small Business Administration provides financial, technical and management assistance to help entrepreneurs grow their businesses. Please note that if you are interested in receiving Small Disadvantaged Business, HUBZone, or 8(a) certifications, you will need to apply to the SBA for certification. Visit the Small Business Administration (SBA) website at www.sba.gov/az or call 602-745-7200 for information about their free workshop “Selling to the Federal Government.”
