ABOUT THE ARIZONA COMMERCE AUTHORITY

The Arizona Commerce Authority (ACA) is the leading economic development organization with a streamlined mission to grow and strengthen Arizona’s economy. The ACA uses a three-pronged approach to advance the overall economy: recruit, grow, create – recruit out-of-state companies to expand their operations in Arizona; work with existing companies to grow their business in Arizona and beyond; and partner with entrepreneurs and companies large and small to create new jobs and businesses in targeted industries.

The ACA is overseen by a public-private sector board comprised of Arizona leaders in business and policy. The board is overseen by Arizona Governor Jan Brewer and co-chaired by Jerry Colangelo, partner of JDM Partners and chairman of USA Basketball. Joining them on the board is a group of prestigious private-sector business leaders, elected officials and university presidents.

The ACA’s executive management team drives the organization’s day-to-day operations, ensuring it maintains focus on the recruitment of quality companies and jobs to the state of Arizona. This team brings together the best and brightest in economic development, management and communications.

It’s my pleasure to welcome you to the Arizona Commerce Authority. The ACA is an aggressive, finely tuned economic development organization committed to attracting and retaining the best of the best in business and to creating quality jobs for Arizona and its citizens. And we’ve taken an innovative, public-private approach to ensure its success. Our leadership team is comprised of the most notable public and private-sector individuals who know Arizona, who know what it takes to succeed in this state and who know what you need to thrive and to grow with us. In early 2011, I proudly signed into law the highly progressive Arizona Competitiveness Package, making Arizona more competitive on the global business landscape. We look forward to working on your behalf to best leverage these incentives, ensuring the state of Arizona is the perfect place for your business needs.

- Governor Jan Brewer

Eventinterface Lunch and Learn - Registration Fee Strategies

August 7, 2014
MAC6 1430 West Broadway Road, Suite 201 Tempe,AZ 85282

Setting registration prices can be a contentious process. It’s a procedure not necessarily enjoyed by planners or committees. It can become an emotional rollercoaster and it usually lacks a strategy. Developing registration prices has to do as much with meeting budgets as offering opportunities for a large number of people to attend. At Eventinterface we’ve seen a wide-ranging variety of strategies and pricing models. We don’t think we can say that one is better than the other, but we’ve gaged insight into what makes some groups more successful than others.

During this Lunch & Learn event we will share successful strategies and tools to insure your events and meetings attract attendees and generate the revenue you need.
