The Arizona Biofuels Conversion Program (ABCP) was created by the Arizona Legislature in 2008 to encourage the use of biofuels in Arizona. For a copy of the enabling statutes, click here. The purpose of ABCP is to encourage the use of biofuels in Arizona. Funds can be used for the conversion of existing and installation of new storage and dispensing equipment.
The ABCP was funded for the first time with the passage of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. Funding is divided among Commercial and Municipal (county, city, town, or school district) applicants.
