PAYMENT INFORMATION

 

While registration must be submitted by above date(s), corresponding payment, while appreciated in a timely manner, may be received at a later date.

Payment is accepted in the form of cash, check and approved purchase order with payment to follow. Unfortunately, credit card payment can not be accepted.  You may mail payment in advance or pay with cash or check at the door.  Checks should be made payable and mailed to:

CANCELLATION POLICY


For a full refund, cancellations MUST be received in writing no later than Monday, November 24th.  Cancellations received in writing between November 25th and December 1st will receive a 50% refund of registration fees.  After December 1st and no-shows will be responsible for payment in full.
