On June 5, 2020, the Paycheck Protection Program Flexibility Act was signed into law. The Act includes modifications to offer additional relief and expanded benefits to small businesses currently using PPP proceeds, especially as it relates to loan forgiveness. Please note the webinars below may not reflect the modifications made to the program.
