Being a manager is never easy; understanding the dynamics and motivations of different generations makes it that much harder! By 2025, the U.S. will have 4-5 generations in the workforce, all expecting the work environment and engagement they signed up for.
In this session, we’ll learn about the differences between generations, and how those differences impact employee engagement, productivity, and retention.
