Arizona MEP Manufacturing Month Virtual Tours


Celebrate Arizona Manufacturing Month with virtual tours of Arizona manufacturer facilities, hosted by the Arizona Commerce Authority’s Arizona Manufacturing Extension Partnership. In this showcase, three of the state’s manufacturers will provide virtual tours of their facilities, demonstrating their processes, abilities and environment. The three manufacturers, DS Electronics, E3 Displays and Assa Abloy will also discuss career opportunities and pathways, educating students on the various areas and specialities in manufacturing.

Sippin' on SBIR Success


Are you seeking funding for your innovation? The Federal funding programs Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR), provide over $2.2 billion to cutting-edge technologies developed by small businesses each year. The program provides non-dilutive funding to foster commercialization of technological innovation. On October 28th learn from Richard Austin, CEO and co-founder of Reglagene. Richard led Reglagene's internal team in the filing of two successful NIH STTR applications. These funds were a crucial supplement to dilutive investments to establish proof of concept and achieve critical product development milestones. Richard will focus on the application process and considerations specific to STTR applications pre- and post-award.
