With the ever-expanding Cybersecurity threats, the requirements continue to increase for anyone involved within the DoD supply chain. This workshop will provide the participants with an understanding of the expanding NIST 800-171 and DFARs flow-down requirements; what the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) is, and how to safeguard, control and manage Confidential Unclassified Information (CUI).
This workshop will provide attendees:
A full explanation of NIST 800-171 to include:
- The breakdown of required documents needed with guidance on how to implement into a pre-existing management system such as ISO or AS9100.
- The annual requirements to meet compliance
- The 14 control families
What is needed to meet the DFARS 252.204.7012, 7019, 7020 and 7021 flow-downs
- This will include how to get a CAGE code, get registered through the required Government websites, and how to complete the assessment.
- An explanation of the different certification levels of CMMC and a breakout of the requirements for each level, timelines and explanation of how CMMC program will be implemented.
