Successful Lean Transformations require leaders that have both a solid comprehension of the lean philosophy, as well as the lean tools. They must understand their function and the role lean leaders play in crafting the culture that ensures lasting change. The Lean Green Belt course will empower company leaders to both support improvement efforts and become advocates for change. The 5-day course is loaded with practical examples, breakout sessions, and hands-on exercises to engage students and practice the concepts learned throughout the class.

Engaging exercises are included to apply the skills in a structured environment incorporating data collection forms, videos and case studies. A test is administered on day 4 with a panel review on the final day.
