We use Partiful as the official event RSVP and management tool for Arizona Tech Week. Please create a Partiful event using our template. Include all of the following:
We recommend your event be free. But if you are charging for tickets, please create and add a link to a ticketing platform (Eventbrite, GlueApp, etc.) to your Partiful event page. Your attendees will register for your event on Partiful, then purchase their tickets using your chosen platform.
The right venue can set the stage for an unforgettable event. It’s up to you to find one that works for your audience size and event style.

The Arizona Commerce Authority is automatically added as a co-host. Please list up to 5 other event co-hosts you may have.
After your event has been submitted, you’ll hear from the Arizona Tech Week team once your event is approved. As the host, you are responsible for planning and managing all aspects of your event and agree to the Arizona Tech Week Community Guidelines.
