Sandra Watson: Governor Ducey’s Budget “Accelerates Arizona’s Already Electric Momentum”

 

PHOENIX, AZ (January 14, 2022) – Arizona Commerce Authority President and CEO Sandra Watson issued the following statement after the release of Governor Ducey’s fiscally responsible budget:

“Under Governor Ducey, we’ve seen record jobs, record revenue, and historic reforms to catapult our state’s competitiveness. Today’s fiscally responsible budget accelerates Arizona’s already electric momentum to keep our economy and workforce strong long into the future. With significant investments in priorities such as K-12 education, universities, community colleges, infrastructure, water security, our workforce, and more, Governor Ducey’s budget helps ensure Arizona remains the number one place for new jobs anywhere in the world. We are grateful to Governor Ducey for continuing to lead to make Arizona a more attractive state for people, business, and innovation.
