LDCRE is an online commercial real estate marketplace with 6,000+ commercial real estate firms using our platform to market $500+ Billion in CRE for sale. We have a white glove acquisition assistance where we match our registered investors with CRE investments and assist in capital structuring for the acquisitions (in select markets). We are seeking to sell a 20% interest in our company and use the capital for expansion (hiring, office space, technology, etc).
