We are scientists that are developing 6G optical wireless with other partners and want to offer the photonics manufacturing and disruptive product supply chain to the 4 corners area. NM has been less than cooperative and we would like to place the CHIPS act facilities in a Native American area for access to employment and workforce training for the resulting technology ecosystem.
