This fast-paced, hands-on workshop is designed to give participants a clear, practical understanding of the fundamental application of Continuous Improvement techniques deployed in small efficient increments that can immediately improve the manufacturing environment.
Through real-world examples and two rounds of interactive simulation, attendees will learn how the application of Lean principles reduces waste, accelerates production, improves cash flow and strengthens overall performance across the operation. Participants will leave with a working knowledge of continuous improvement techniques that will expose opportunities with simple solutions in their own processes.
