Join us for this informative workshop on the ISO 9001: 2015 Standard and Internal Auditing Process.
The morning session will be an ISO 9001:2015 Overview:
• High level summary of the ISO 9001:2015 Standard
• Overview of Documentation and Record Requirements
• Internal Audit Requirements
The afternoon session will be on the Internal Audit Process:
• Review of Process Audit Forms and how to conduct effective process audits
• Actions that come from Audits
• Audit Plan, Process Matrix, Process Audit Questions
• Audit overview training for company /employees
Handouts include electronic copies of Internal Process Audit Forms, ISO 9001:2015, Sample audit schedule and management process matrices. Certificates of Internal Auditor training provided as well.
