AZ MEP Leadership Development Program - Phase 2 - Cohort 1

Phase 2 is the next step in the AZ MEP Leadership Development Program. This advanced course will enhance the new supervisor’s learning journey with 7 new topics that are a continuation from the first LDP. This course is designed to help expand the knowledge new leaders need when taking on a new or advanced role within their companies. The cohort setting with multiple manufacturing companies leads to gaining a broader perspective on common issues that attendees may be facing.
This program will consist of 7 essential classes for new leaders. The course will be delivered in 4 hour increments, one-time per month, August 2024 - October 2024. The topics are listed below along with class dates. To view the course descriptions download the flyer using the link below.

Session 3: Communication with Influence & Persuasion for Leaders (Sept)
Session 4: Effective Decision Making (Sept)
Session 5: Learning to Lead with Accountability (Oct)
Session 6: Employee Engagement (Oct)
Session 7: Innovative Thinking (Oct)
Who Should Attend:
Employees who are leading others (new line or cell leads, supervisors, engineers) or anyone aspiring to advance their leadership skills.
Time: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm (all 7 days)
Cost For Manufacturers: $1050.00 per person (for all 7 sessions)
Cost for Non Manufacturers: $1400.00
