Legal Assistant/Legal Document Preparer/Paralegal

If you plan to be in the business of preparing legal documents without the supervision of an attorney in good standing with the State Bar of Arizona, you or a designated principal would need to be certified as a legal document preparer.

In addition to individual certification, your business entity - unless you are operating as a sole proprietorship - will need to be certified. (24)
