  • Arizona State University (ASU)
    • W. P. Carey School of Business: Internationally recognized for its leadership in business education and highly regarded for its renowned faculty and their research productivity. (24) 
       
    • Center for Entrepreneurship: Connects ASU students, alumni, and local and global business owners with knowledge and resources to launch and grow businesses. The Center is the home of the prestigious Spirit of Enterprise Awards, presented each year to outstanding entrepreneurial companies. (24) 
       
  • Northern Arizona University (NAU)
    • W. A. Franke College of Business: Provides business-related training, education, consulting, and information to the Arizona community. (24)
       
    • Arizona Rural Policy Institute (ARPI): A University Center and helps improve the quality of life in Arizona’s rural communities by conducting policy analysis and research on a wide spectrum of essential issues and topics. RPI is also a unit of the Center for Business Outreach (CBO), and collaborates extensively with the CBO's other divisions: the Arizona Hospitality Research & Resource Center, the Center for American Indian Economic Development, the Computer Training Center, and the Bureau of Business & Economic Research.     • Northern Arizona Center for Entrepreneurship and Technology (NACET): Fosters business growth and economic vitality, creating high-quality jobs for the region. Partnering with a wide variety of non-retail, service, manufacturing, high technology, science and renewable energy firms, NACET offers a hands-on business incubation engagement program designed to transform innovation into viable companies. NACET is ready to provide the tools and connections your startup needs for success through one its three incubators:

      • Startup Flagstaff in Flagstaff, Arizona
      • Innovations Incubator in Chandler, Arizona
      • Maricopa Center for Entrepreneurship in Maricopa, Arizona

        These incubators are joined by Flagstaff Business Accelerator, a newly opened accelerator. (24)
  • University of Arizona (UA)
    • Eller College of Management: Internationally recognized for pioneering research, innovative curriculum, distinguished faculty, excellence in entrepreneurship, and social responsibility. (24) 
       
    • McGuire Center for Entrepreneurship: Prepares business students to develop their own ventures or to bring innovation to the marketplace in a corporate environment. Through its host of partnerships, the Center is committed to entrepreneurship, business development and technology transfer. (24)
       
    • Arizona Center for Innovation (AzCI): High-tech incubator promoting the development of high-technology companies in Southern Arizona through a disciplined program of business development. The Center focuses on companies in six technology areas: aerospace, advanced composites and materials, information technology, environmental technology, life sciences, and optics/photonics. (24)
