please check with the AZ Department of Revenue.

If you desire to cancel your state transaction privilege tax (TPT) license, use tax license, and/or withholding/unemployment tax license, use the Business Account Update form to do so. (24)

If you plan to sell your business, you can request a Certificate of Compliance for Letter of Good Standing from the Arizona Department of Revenue to provide to the buyer to confirm there is no outstanding Arizona tax liability. (24)
