Federal and Arizona laws require a number of mandatory notices be posted in conspicuous places frequented by employees and/or applicants. You may obtain copies of the forms from the various agencies directly, however, researching federal, state, and local poster requirements for your business - and making sure your posters are kept current - can be challenging.
