Chiropractor/Chiropractic Services

The State of Arizona Board of Chiropractic Examiners licenses chiropractors to practice in the State of Arizona, as well as, registers chiropractic assistants to provide services in clinics.

Non-physician owned clinics that offer chiropractic services must register as a Business Entity with the Board. (19)
