The Pest Management Division regulates the use, disposal and storage of non-agricultural use pesticides (which includes herbicides, etc.) They certify individuals and license businesses who provide pest control services by controlling household pests; public health pests such as mosquitos; wood-destroying organisms; weeds, pests of turf and ornamental plants, and along rights of way; aquatic pests, including weeds; and all pesticide applications not regulated by the Environmental Services Division of the Arizona Department of Agriculture.
