Over the past year electric vehicle and battery manufacturers drove their innovations to the state, semiconductor companies made historic investments, and Arizona continued to set the example for workforce excellence.

Arizona MEP Manufacturing Month Virtual Tours
Celebrate Arizona Manufacturing Month with virtual tours of Arizona manufacturer facilities, hosted by the Arizona Commerce Authority’s Arizona Manufacturing Extension Partnership. In this showcase, three of the state’s manufacturers will provide virtual tours of their facilities, demonstrating their processes, abilities and environment. The three manufacturers, DS Electronics, E3 Displays and Assa Abloy will also discuss career opportunities and pathways, educating students on the various areas and specialities in manufacturing.Learn More »

Intel Breaks Ground On Two New Semiconductor Factories
CHANDLER, AZ — Intel today broke ground on two new semiconductor fabrication facilities, or fabs, at the company’s Ocotillo campus in Chandler. In a groundbreaking ceremony attended by Governor Ducey, local elected officials and community leaders, Intel CEO Pat Gelsinger celebrated the start of construction on the largest private investment in state history and reiterated the company’s commitment to investing in U.S. semiconductor leadership.LEARN MORE »
