Drive48 Powering Arizona's High-Tech Talent

Drive48 represents a unique collaboration among government, industry and academia to bolster Arizona’s workforce training efforts. The state-of-the-art facility serves the region and state by providing a training center for high-tech manufacturing jobs in fields such as automotive assembly, advanced manufacturing, heavy equipment and more. Guided by the pioneering spirit of the 48th state, Drive48 steers the next generation of talent to advance their skills and power the manufacturing industry.

As featured in Harvard Business Review, the facility was designed with flexibility in mind, meaning as industry needs change and evolve, training equipment and curricula can evolve with them. Housed in Central Arizona in partnership with the City of Casa Grande, Pinal County and Central Arizona College, the intensive, advanced manufacturing training center complements the Arizona Advanced Technology Network curriculum and empowers Arizonans with the skills needed for the jobs of today and the future.
